At The Luxro UK, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may request a return under the following conditions.
Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where an incorrect or damaged item has been received. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or refunded at a reduced amount.
To start a return, please email info@theluxro.shop with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return address.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges for size or style are subject to stock availability. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll resolve the issue at no cost to you.
